The food was good, but I was expecting more from Guy. It was just normal fried chicken, like you'd get at KFC or Popeye's.

I ordered a sandwich today and I specifically told them I wanted no pickles and the sauce on the side. When I got the sandwich,not only was the sauce already on it, but the staff also said that wasn’t sauce. Then they took it back and gave my sandwich to someone else. After remaking it, they gave it to me with the sauce on the side, but it have no bacon. They asked if I wanted bacon, even though I originally ordered it with bacon. The quality of this place has consistently gone downhill over the past year or so. We’re local and Disney AP holders, and we visit Disney Springs once or twice a month, so we've eaten here more times than we can count. For us, the decline started when they got rid of a large portion of their sauce menu. Before that, Chicken Guy was one of our go-to spots because the food was always good and the sauces made it stand out from every other chicken place. At least the ranch was good. Food was okay, our kids definitely didn’t like the chicken. We were given the wrong food at first and had to ask for what we actually ordered.
