I went to this location today. There was a lady sitting behind the speaker looking at the menu. I made a point of stopping and telling her i am only getting a cup of ice and she waved me around. I got to the window and the girl came and i said with money in hand can i just get a large cup of ice. Her very rude response was no you need to go to the speaker. She was for no reason defiant and rude. Never going back there and telling all my coworkers in the area to avoid it as well
