Hi, I went to chicken express like around two weeks ago. I totally and completely understand when things are going wrong or the system is messing up but to completely ignore a customer is unacceptable. No greeting, no acknowledgement, not even "sorry we are having some problems we will be with you in a moment" or if unsure if I was waiting for an order pick up how about asking " are you waiting for your order or have you been dealt with yet?"
