Failed to give me back my debit card after a drive through order. I had to drive back to Bridgeport from Fort Worth to get it. They did not offer any compensation until I asked for it, at which time the offered a 2 piece snack pack. I thought it would be fair for them to buy the same lunch I had yesterday (4 piece tender combo) they did not agree. Poor management and poor customer service. Barely offered an apology when I called to ask if they had my debit card. I will never be back.
They are always slow to answer at the window. Also the number is (940) 683-5012. Yellow Pages mobile has it wrong.
Chicken is ok, the sweet tea is the bomb. Rolls are awesome also. Always a friendly staff and the service is fast.
