This place is a joke the mess up your order you have to come back and they want to get an attitude no manager on duty and shift leader is not nice this is the 5th time my order has been way wrong and the phone don’t work so! I don’t want free stuff I want the 70$ I paid for! But after all the inconvenience you would think they would offer a coupon or something instead of a shitty attitude
Chicken had odd smell . I usually love chicken express however .
I went to this place after a long day of work.12 hr. Shift .And purchase dinner for my family.It was a nasty re-fried chicken strip dinner 20pc.That was hard as a rock and you could throw the mashed potatoes as a baseball. Very unhappy and paid $48.84 for this mess.My kids didn't want to eat it and made cup noodles instead. Called and complained and will return food tomorrow and they can eat it.MAD MOM!!!
Here it is 11am lunch time!! 😋 I thought I would be getting FRESH CHICKEN not!!!! That mess was day old and you could tell by the outside skin on the chicken had the nerve to add a extra wing like that would make it alright to serve day old chicken. This is the 2nd time this has happened here. Next time I'll eat BBQ next door
Food was great. And Angela was very nice and helpful.
