A Disastrous Experience – Not Worth the Money I visited Chicken Express in Alvarado at 5:45 PM today. The drive-thru wasn’t busy, so I decided to dine in. I ordered a 2 pc fish order the fish was really dry. I think they let it sit under the heat lamps too long. I won't ever order fish from them again! Or I will ask for freshly fried fish next time!!! But it's gonna be awhile!!!

I guess the owner and management don't care how the customer feel about their establishment. I never seeing when you don't give a favorable comment that the establishment don't reach out to you and try to solve the issue. I guess customer is not that important to Chicken Express. My grandson ask me why I don't eat my favorite chicken place. I had to explain to give they don't care about their customers . I never thought I would give them a one star in my wild imagination.
