2025 update: Chicken Express still great. Any issues were fixed...fast 'n friendly. Maybe the best bet is to dine-in. I recommend 100% 2023: Good food, Good staff. Generous with serving size of all the items we ordered. Looking forward to a return visit
I’ve tried to give Chicken Express (Southlake location) multiple chances to fix an issue with an order of chicken strips and catfish, but the service has gone from bad to worse. I’ve reached out on several occasions, only to be hung up on multiple times in a row. When someone did finally answer, the employee’s attitude was dismissive and rude—as if customer service didn’t matter at all. Service is slow. Employess don't properly call out orders, just set them on the counter, and don't notify you when yours is ready. Food holding Temps are within dangerous ranges for bacterial growth. The chicken was cold and rubbery. Gravy was so thick it was like jello. Mac and cheese was cold.
