Service is slow. Employess don't properly call out orders, just set them on the counter, and don't notify you when yours is ready. Food holding Temps are within dangerous ranges for bacterial growth. The chicken was cold and rubbery. Gravy was so thick it was like jello. Mac and cheese was cold.
