Good food, clean restaurant.
After i ordered i asked about the restrooms bcs they had a sign saying closed. She said the restrooms stay closed till after 4pm i asked her if even for paying costumers and she said yup. I ordered a snack pack with fries 32oz tea and extra side of poppers. Poppers were under cooked and cold, roll was soaking wet from bottom half already inside my box. This is the worst run Chicken Express I’ve ever been to. No one at register, when someone finally came they didn’t say a word much less greet us. None of the workers would make eye contact. Multiple orders ahead of us were wrong. There plenty of people working but it took 45 minutes to get our order for 2 people. Trash cans were full and there was trash all over the floor. Horrible experience!
Please fix your restrooms or at least get a door that can close.So you can lock it.
