Tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had... ever. I eat here all the time and I love it, But what happened tonight makes me so upset.. We had to order our food 3x to get it right... oh wait it was still wrong.. I'm not sure what what going on, but the lady didn't mess up just my family's order she messed up everyone's order in the dining area. The chicken was cold and still it was old chicken not fresh at all.
My son went and got some chicken and it was old ,and he said that the person that he was talking to was being g smart. If you dont want to do your job you should quit.when people are paying they should get what they are paying for not what you want to give them ,the tea is way to swèet. Today is may 20,2025 i went to chicken express and got 3 specials an the biscuit in the boxes were as hard as a baseball ,I know they had to know they were that hard before they put them in there
