so today after work, I stopped by chicken express around 5:30 PM(11/17/25). The only thing that was kinda odd was the biscuit which was flat. I don’t know if this was a joke by a little kid working there or just plain negligence. It’s clear to see that the biscuits was not up to standard yet it was served to a customer(me) . If I could get zero stars i would.
Its way to expensive for mediocre food.there are much better options
I stopped by here to pick up a DoorDash order, and the female employee at the counter acted like it was in inconvenience to assist me with it. She didn't say one word, even thank you, just handed it to me and stared at me. Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to train employees on good customer service or just overhaul any staff that doesn't want to be there.
I ordered a 25 piece family meal with 2 sides and biscuits. Never got the biscuits. The past 2 times they got my order wrong .
