Love their chicken, when you finally get it. Every Chicken Express I've been to makes you wait an unacceptable amount of time for the food. I don't understand how the restaurant can be basically empty of customers, the kitchen seems full of staff, and yet EVERY TIME I have to wait at least 20-30 minutes after ordering. Why? What is the problem?
