I had a really good experience at this Chicken Express! The chicken was hot and delicious, and the fries were fresh. The staff were very attentive and they checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need any refills, which was really nice. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. I’m not sure why there are so many mixed reviews, because every time I’ve been to this location (usually through the drive-through), it’s been a good experience. I stop at a lot of chicken express locations when driving and this might be the best one I've been to. Quiet, almost no wait, clean, and friendly staff. Well done!
