I stopped to get something to eat. The air conditioner was out. I ordered and paid for a breast which costs extra. I was then told they were out of breasts. They offered to substitute a drumstick. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds. I suggested 2 thighs and they gave me that instead (one slightly undercooked). I never heard of a place that didn't do refunds, especially when they don't have what you ordered and get told after they took the money. Don't come here unless you have time to wait for them to hatch the chicken, grow it, and slaughter it to cook. Short on staff and brain cells. Ridiculous.

I place an order online 20 minutes in advance, waited at the store for another 30 minutes. Just to watch 4 different people try to get my order together and none of them double check the order only care that my okra and popper were in my bag. But didn’t check to see if they were missing anything else. I was missing 12 rolls from order. My finance went back to get them and spent another 30 minutes there.

This is for the owner of this place fire everyone that works here it is a fast food joint I wanted 20 mins on a mobile order and watched 4 people pass my order without bagging that were moving at the pace of molasses and on top of it they messed up the order and I had to go back and get it before I could eat which by that time made my food go cold. This isn't the first time and it's getting old fast
