Burnt fried pickles and terrible customer service which is sad because we get food from this establishment atleast 1-2 times every two weeks
Went around 12 pm on a Monday. Gave the girl my order. When she repeated it back to me, she had it wrong, so I corrected her. Well, I guess that upset her because when I went to window I tried paying with a $100 bill that she initially took and then suddenly comes back and tells me she can't take it, hands it back to me and shuts the window. Ordered a #1 half spicy half regular and received all regular tenders. The food wasn’t good and like other reviewers have mentioned the food was always good before they remodeled it. The lady at the window wasn’t very friendly either. Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to Chick-fil-a where the food is always fresh and greeted by a friendly person.
