Showed up at 12:20 today. An older white man who was cooking looked right at me 3x didn't say a word, a young black man did the same thing, and a young white man was even near the register and talking on drivethru headset, but never asked to help me. After 10 min, I just left. No wonder this place is never crowded anymore! Horrible customer service! Only 2 customers were inside the place! They had 4 or 5 workers! No excuse!
Don’t order online- I paid almost $70 for wet, soggy food because they sealed hot fried chicken and rolls in a plastic bag like they’ve never heard of condensation. When I said “everything is wet?” He said “it was probably made a while ago”. No I’m not happy at all
worst service in history, perhaps all of kilgore. they got ms hates the public on the speaker, that never changes
