Went up here with my BF on his lunch. The manager was very kind and quick with our order. This is my go to chicken express in new braunfels
Spicy chicken was undercooked. The regular chicken tenders were very small. The service messed up my order the first two times and the white gravy that they offered with the chicken. Yeah it tastes like the flower was not fully Incorporated
This is one of our favorite places to eat. It’s a 3x’s a month kind of spot. However my order today was off but not by much. Today I called spoke with manager who by the way was rude, short, and in a hurry to get off the phone with me, it seemed…I paid for a 4pc and a 7 pc + 3 pc +1xtra thigh…but ended up with 2 4pc meals, and my 3+1… so in her words she’ll make it right by giving us those three pc whenever I wanted… and quickly got off the phone with me. Food is always good The service rocks. Young lady at the front is what true customer service is. Definitely a place to bring the family.
