The Walnut Chicken Express location has donated tea to our elementary PTA many times, but I have never been the person to request it. I signed up to, and then totally forgot to request the donation for our recent family engagement event. I called and spoke to the manager, Jessica, and she was so helpful and kind, getting our donation ready with less than one days notice. You rock, Jessica!! The chicken tenders are tender and really tasty. The fries were good. I don't eat out often as I try to stick to healthy food with non GMO no maltodextrin and I eat organic. Wish more fast food chains would use healthy food and up the charge. I'd pay more to know I'm eating free range chicken and no seed oils. They could use organic potatoes but yes we'd pay for it. They won't like so many food chains so I don't eat out often. The food is tasty though and the place is clean.
Was very fast and friendly
My teens love the 4 piece combo half spicy, half regular. With the combo they have so many good sides to choose from, not stuck eating fries. They have quick service and the food comes out hot and fresh everything we order. We always get an extra side of corn nuggets because they are the best!
Went to pick up food got blocked in by a semi when we asked establishment to get them to move so we can leave. They refused. I understand if that's the only spot you have to unload your truck but then you need to block off those sections so customers don't park there in that time. Poor customer service and poor management. They said that's what the management told him to do. That is absolutely ridiculous. The food was absolutely cold and the food hasn't even made it home yet. The female i spoke with was rude.
