Amazing customer service by lilly. Felt so welcomed and she was so sweet to my 6 yr old son. Literally the sweetest girl I've met in a while at a fast food restaurant. Will definitely come back if in the area just to say hi to lilly!
Dined in for lunch. Went to the bathroom and there’s like 10 baby cockroaches crawling around. Also looked like someone threw up in the sink. Place just looks dirty all around. Wonder if there’s more cockroaches than I could see. Reported it to the city already.
Got some chicken on the way home and drove 25 min to the house. After preparing plates my wife bit into her first piece of chicken and there was a 18” piece of hair fried into the chicken tried calling the store for a resolution and they told me everytime here has a hair net. Mind my whole family is blonde haired. Ended up having to file with my bank to get my money back
If you don’t get what you ordered you should be refunded. End of story. I made my order, drove home and found out they did not give me what I paid for. The order passed through at least 3 different employees and one came to the window and read out everything on my order. So, I paid for something that I did not ask for and now it’s my problem and in order to get what I want I have to waste MY time to correct their mistake by driving back to the restaurant to pick up the things I paid for.
