Ordered a to go order. I went through the drive thru. I was told I had to come in for pick up orders. I had to wait behind four other people who were ordering food. So it took awhile. I did ask about why I couldn’t have gotten my order from the drive thru because there was no one in line there the lady said everyone is required to come in that has an order. So I had to wait like 20 minutes for an order. Then I finally get my order and get home and it’s missing items. I won’t be back to this location.

Very rude manager. Missing our part or our order because they were out of something, they said they called but I didn’t get a phone call. So husband picked up order had to place another order for meal. He waited. He asked for drinks and they told him there wasn’t any drinks. He came back home with no drinks. I called up there’s and then they said there were drinks now but they couldn’t make it right and refund just the drinks. Was in the Drive-Thru and only car, Ordered the wallet special but waited about 5 minutes to receive my food just for it to me as cold as my tea, so I asked what was the wait for if the chicken was old and cold was told I could wait an additional 15 for hot chicken and she was upset because I told her it was cold and she felt the box as well no heat
