I usually dine in and have a decent experience. After all it's easy to fix things when you are still on the premises. But have mercy on you if you order at the drive thru. I have only done this 3 times, but each time I have arrived home with items missing from my order OR fewer tenders than I paid for. How does this happen? How do you order and pay for 20 tenders and get only 19? I asked this to the lady on the phone, and she said they were busy and probably just threw some in and figured it was enough.
