The person at the drive-thru window was rude and got my order wrong — even swapped my drink for a side without asking. I tried to stay positive, but the attitude really ruined the experience. Please train staff to be more polite and double-check orders.
The bathroom IS Clean!!! The food is Fresh I really congratulate this people. I think is the best chicken express on the sector.
This Chicken Express needs a corporate inspection! The quality of the food is rarely up to standard. Food is always at room temperature or just slightly above. They make food prematurely when people come; it's not fresh. I've eaten at so many chicken E's that I've grown feathers, lol. And this one is about the worst I've ever had.
