Order was perfect
Customer service was absolutely amazing , food was all fresh and delicious . Took my kids to try it for the first time and we all agreed it was our new fav chicken spot my kids are all super picky eaters so having a spot we all enjoy is rare. Super clean & really good A/C
Overall it was good, but I can tell by the taste that the chicken (tenders) wasn't washed before cooking, and it was dry. They also really need to use salt, but I understand its a personal preference. Mac n Cheese also needs some work. Other than that the service was good and they are not stingy with the condiments which is a plus for me.
Story time. I was ordering food in the drive-thru and, after placing my order, I pulled forward and suddenly there was a car in front of me that hadn't been there before. I was confused about what happened until I saw a customer hand the employee a credit card to pay for a meal. Apparently, this person didn't want to wait in line like everyone else and was allowed to skip ahead. I asked the employee what happened and was told that this occurs all the time.
