Picked up lunch here. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The guy at the window was nice and seemed like he actually wanted to be there. Rare these days. Good job team!
The customer service was fine as usual for me, but the food was terrible. I ordered the 2pc fillet fish meal and had to park. When I got my food the fish was way too salty and not tolerable at all, the fries were cold. What a disappointment, I was on my lunch break and couldn't go back. I always try to give this chicken express a benefit of many doubts and poor quality food, but it never changes! Last time going here, so pathetic!
Love the food and the management is great
Overall experience was just disappointing and pointless to have even come here. Around 2:00pm on Sundays, the staff does not care so come at a different time, or better yet go somewhere else. There was no courtesy and respect for customers, others and I would wait long for just a response, the food was overcooked, and the tables were not cleaned. But at least the order was correct so they get one point.
