Yesterday we order a 25 tenders with two sides and their rolls, everything was great until we were missing the big gravy for the tenders, called the manager that same day and explained what had happened and took care of by giving me a re ordered of my meal the next business day, the manager went out of the way to make me happy, thank you Katy I differently would be back just because you take care of the customer and I appreciate that cause we come across town from West avenue area just for your tenders.
Looked great. The Chicken Express where I am from is way better. The chicken tenders tasted different. I was not pleased. Felt like raw flour was still on the tenders.
Manager and staff are super friendly.
