This is by far the best chicken express I have been to. The food always taste good. It's always hot when I get it. I have been to other locations, and this one is top tier. I always stop by there when I am on my was back to Houston TX from Dallas TX
Went in today and ordered the #20 which consisted of chicken tenders, one side, rolls, and gravy. Drove home and my family and I noticed the chicken tenders were green inside while we were already eating them. We were immediately disgusted and called the establishment for a refund. I spoke to the manager, Ricky, who refused to give a refund and only offered to replace the food. He wanted us to bring the half eaten chicken back to the establishment. I went for the fried okra and spent $6 and got enough for 2 meals for 2 of us, so 4 servings. I'll go back if we want more!
Terrible food been burping rotten eggs since I ate here. New management that took this place over is a terrible manager. The hush puppies were not cooked all the way now I have food poisoning.
