I have had it with this location. I've always stretched my patience with the old chicken never fresh, but still somehow try it again. January 28th 2026 i dis a online pick up order around 4:30 ish pm I expressed in the comments fresh hot chicken fresh hot fries. Immediately my order was ready. I get there at 4:59p I immediately knew my chicken was not fresh and had been sitting under the lamp in a sack waiting on my arrival. Went through the drive thru today ordered two pieces,cole slaw and a large drink, I received a thigh and a wing I checked my order and the thigh was smaller than the wing,when I told them about it the young man took my box and put another tiny thigh in the box,when I got home there was barley any meat on either thigh and it looked like it had been sitting around for hours,it was uneatable,so very disappointed I have been eating chicken e for about 33 years and I will not be going back.
