Love Chicken Express, but this location was disappointing. The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly, but thats the only items that were good. The fried pickles and fried okra were fried too long because they tasted like old grease and had a gummy or chewy consistency instead of a crisp, crunch that we expect of CE. The server at the DT window grabbed my card for payment and slammed the window shut. Then slung it back open to shove my card back to me, then my bag of food. Food is always good to me, but the curl haired kid at the drive thru was rude today. So please retrain him. It will ruin your business in a hurry.

Beware. Avoid.. Staff is incompetent Manger is rude. Serve burned over cooked chicken then blame timers. Well how do timers burn chicken fries and rolls? Not watching staff or pure lazy inattentive management. Unless chicken over cooks itself.

This is the second time I got home and did not have my complete order. I called and they said I would have to come back. They knew I was in my way, but when I got there instead of having it ready, they had to cook the fries. Chicken was cold by the time I got back home.
