My wife went through there at 4:46 today (June 4) to get me something to eat. I know it’s going to be cooled off by the time it gets to me, we are 40 minutes away. I can’t believe what I got, cold stale chicken and french fries, I got a double order of fries because usually they are good even a little cool. All of it was embarrassing, hard cold fries as if they had them setting out , the chicken was stale as well and had a nasty greasy taste , also no roll (probably lucky I didn’t) . The kid that took our order, for no reason, had an attitude with us. I guess because it was 8 of us, and when our food was ready he just left it on the counter and didn’t said anything. And then when I ask why he didn’t said that our order was ready, he responded, that if we didn’t like his service, that we can leave. I guess he hated his job.
I was just taken care of by a young man by the name of chance. He helped me decide as it was my first time at this establishment. Very polite and helpfull. I suggest you help this young man by promoting him to a manager. Lets make all your stores as great as this experience.
No biscuits! They said they don’t sell them anymore. Why even go there. So much disappointment.
