Fried chicken was a little greasy, but tasted delicious. Biscuits used to be very fluffy and buttery. This time they were very flat, but tasted good.
The food was delicious and the employees customer service was fantastic! They gave us our 2 drinks while we waited for our food in the drive thru, then immediately came back out and said the machine was running low on syrup and replaced our drinks without us even asking!
The food is fine. Tastes just like a Chicken E should. However, I've been here maybe 10 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they leave something off my order. Make sure you check your order before you leave because they will leave it out. I have to believe at this point that this may not be an accident! Update: My has gone here a few more times since my first review. Sometimes we go in and sometimes we do drive-thru. Always make sure to check your order. They still consistently miss at least one thing from our order.
