We waited 10 minutes but we got served fresh hot juicy chicken the restaurant is very clean staff is very courteous keyon the manger is super nice will be coming back soon thank you

This is my favorite Express location! The manager is always friendly and helpful as well as being professional. He does his job especially well. So when I'm in Saginaw, I eat here. But today, there was a "homeless" man there. He asked me and everyone who came in to buy him food. He said he had paid for food but never got it. 🤔 One customer bought him a 3 piece meal. He ate one piece and left the rest on the table so he could solicit another customer. It was quite disturbing! Maybe someone could ask him to leave?

This location needs some help. Chicken was warm, not hot. Gravy was warm also. Cannot hold this against them, it happens, there was a roof leak. What i can hold against them is they did not properly mark the area, just a bucket on the floor to catch the water.

Husband didn't get his fries and I didn't get my okra. Tenders lacked crunch/sorta soggy and my husband only got 3 out of 4. Giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and I'm sure they would have corrected the missing items if I would have noticed before I got home. Only two customers in the place so not a rush hour mistake.
