This location needs some help. Chicken was warm, not hot. Gravy was warm also. Cannot hold this against them, it happens, there was a roof leak. What i can hold against them is they did not properly mark the area, just a bucket on the floor to catch the water.

Husband didn't get his fries and I didn't get my okra. Tenders lacked crunch/sorta soggy and my husband only got 3 out of 4. Giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and I'm sure they would have corrected the missing items if I would have noticed before I got home. Only two customers in the place so not a rush hour mistake.
It has been a while since we have had chicken express, so I decided to stop on my way home today and pick some up. I went through the drive-through and placed my order. I will say that the staff was very helpful in helping me get what I wanted to order at a good cost. And although we found the food to be adequate, it was the fact that I spent nearly 16 minutes in the drive-through lane waiting for the food.
