I love chicken express… But not this location. My rolls and corn nuggets were definitely stale. (I know this, because they’re normally fresh most locations!) Also, my Arnold Palmer tasted like sugar water… normally chicken express sweet tea and lemonade is 10/10 The only thing making this a two star, as they gave me extra chicken in my box. Had I not been hurrying to an appointment in Dallas, I actually would’ve gone inside to get my order fixed
Ordered the 7 tender meal they said about a 10 minute wait, they had run out(the place was deserted, nobody inside and one car in front of us 9:30 on a Friday night). Then the food came out in about a minute, he said they had found some that they didn't see earlier. When we got home it was cold and two of the tenders were overcooked to a point that they were like rocks...inedible. I feel like they had some leftover and just threw it in a box. Very disappointed.
Food is fully cooked, nice and fresh nice and hot, drinks are very tasty people very helpful and great customer service
This is thevlast time I ever eat at this place. Your rolls taste like they are a week old. You took away the biscuits, which was the only good thing yall had there. Your chicken is blan. The fried pickles always taste burnt. Your service is slow. I was the only one in drive thru and I still had to wait 35 minutes for my food.
