I ordered the 3 pc with okra, asked for it to be fresh, and mac n cheese... My okra was mid, some warm, some old and greasy, and some cold... The chicken was cold too... Only things hot and fresh were the roll and mac n cheese. When I order I could detect some resistance but I was hungry and gave it a try. I believe when you order, your order should be filled to your request if reasonable. if my order was not possible, let me know and I can go somewhere else... Disappointed in this location today.
