Chicken express has such a great product. It is a shame that it is presented by such poorly managed francisies. The store in Ennis could do twice the business if not run by such a disorganized and indifferent team. We live close by and have picked up from there frequently. Our experience is disappointing over half the time. That would be a good batting average but not good for dining. It's a pity because I really like their chicken when prepared properly. I bought chicken from here on Oct. 17,2015 for my family and started eating it and found out that it was too salty. Me and my mother even got sick on it too for some strange reason. I brought it back the next day because we lived 15 miles from that location. As soon as I put it down on the counter, one of the employees immediately grabbed it and through it in the trash.
