Worst restaurant visit in a while. This place is like a desolate desert right in the heart of town. It didn't take much for me to realize why. The doors will brake your arm and slam on your kids fingers first of all. Second of all nobody Greet you and the staff is flat out rude. They can't be following corporate guidelines because there prices are ridiculously high. After putting all this together it's perfectly clear why the lot is always empty.
I will not be coming back to Chicken Express. Every time I order, something is either missing or overcooked to the point it’s burned. What’s even more frustrating is that after reading through the reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a consistent problem. There doesn’t seem to be any effort from management to improve, which is disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every order or expect poor quality. Until there’s real change, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Missing food in my order. Shut and locked the lobbies doors. Shut off the lights. Called and they hung up.
waited 30 mins in an empty lobby for someone to finally take my order… no one in the drive thru nothing…. and another 30 mins to recieve order. staff seemed like they were hiding in the back instead of actually DOING THEIR JOBS. the absolute worst service i’ve ever received
The inside restaurant in the evening was freezing cold the workers there seemed to work very slowly. It took quite a while to get my order out when it wasn’t busy.
