This really sucks because I loved Chicken Express growing up. Especially the Allen location as my food is always fresh. However, this one in Anna is really bad. Every fried pickle in my box was hard and crunchy which was awful because they were all burnt. The corn nuggets were dry and cooked extremely too long. Whoever is the fry cook there please provide them some additional training if you can in Allen because the sides were cooked way too long. I love the food and I love the people here. I think they offer great deals on their things, and I also think the food and the customer service are excellent.
