Don’t go to this facility if you want good service. They gave me box of chicken which was clearly labeled..customer never picked up.. I drove all the way home, which is not close.. I wound up feeding the entire box to my dog(minus the bones).. the manager stated just come back in and we will fix you a fresh batch for replacement.. I come back I I waited 20 min or more and they told me 15 min.. I told new “ manager, just refund my money. They served about 4 cars of people before I finally went in. Overall a nice place to dine. Have had some lows before so not a 5 yet, but definitely getting there. Absolutely loved Uncle Angel coming out to greet us. Made our day!
This is my boys favorite place for good chicken and there was a slight mistake in the order I made online. Tyreek (hopefully spelling that right) the manager, went above and beyond to correct it. Definitely recommend for good customer service! Thank you again to the manager for your hospitality
I can’t say enough good things about this location. The food and service was great, and then when I had a question at home and called in, the employee who took my call was incredibly kind and helpful. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
So I have come here 4 different times. Each time a different person took my order and I came at random times of the day and night. No matter when I came or who I spoke with their energy and attitude was so infectious!! Everyone was always cheerful and courteous!! The food was always fresh and hot as well. I really love coming here even tho my waistline wants me to stop 😁 Keep up the AMAZING work!! It doesn't go unnoticed 🤩 HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
