Chicken Express has great food. The cream gravy is killer. Friendly and helpful service too.
Just waited in line for 1.5 hours for legs. No discount. No apology. The worst fast food experience I have ever had.
Very slow drive thru service at lunch. Took 40 minutes. The lady working the window was very rude, didn't respond. I was charged for extra sauces for my order but they where not in the bag. I had to go back inside to get them, they double checked that I paid for them and no apologies for messing the order up or me having to come back inside. The need better staff or management.
Came in for late night chicken and left with chicken that snapped in half like a branch and the night manager acted like it is my fault.
The store i went to in Angleton had only one person working when I got there.
