They keep getting our orders wrong. Today they gave me spicy chicken and I'm very sensitive to spicy which can make me sick. I gave it to my husband — called them a couple times but they didn't bother to respond. 1 star at most
I had a very disappointing experience at your location. The service was extremely poor, particularly from the person working the drive-through. He had a noticeably bad attitude, which made the interaction unpleasant. On top of that, it took about 40 minutes to get our order, and when we finally received it, the food was cold and incorrect. I don’t expect much, but the level of disrespect was outrageous. The girl in charge (orange hair?) needs to be fired.
I don't think I've ever had a worse customer experience and it only lasted 30 seconds before I just drove away to a local spot.
We ordered an extra cream gravy for $1.20 and worth it. I wish that we had asked for extra crispy French fries because they were not brown. Overall a great experience.
