We waited for our order for over 25 minutes with no explanation as to why. Once the food was finally delivered to the car, no apologies were extended nor were we given an explanation. I believe in open and honest customer service and clearly this location is lacking. In these times businesses should strive to excel!

This location: 1606 S. cooper Arlington Tx.. Came to order food and food was cold and was asked to pull up and was told only 7 mins wait. There were 4-5 cars in the drive thru and all of the cars were gone by the time I got my food. I waited over 15 mins for food and then to get it dry and dark spots on it..ridiculous service. I ordered your regular fried corn and it came with only 6 of them!
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Staff was clueless, tea tasted like dirty water and was not sweet at all. After tasting my drink and going inside to ask for sweet tea the staff argued and said it was sweet hesitated to replace my drinks. Service was not what it used to be and we will not be going back to that location.

My chicken was not cooked all the way through�. I literally vomited.� I also tried the chocolate chip cookies for the first time, they were gross. Not sure how you OVER cooked cookies and UNDER cooked your chicken. But I won't be back. Yall trying to kill people with raw poultry �������
