I stopped at this location because it was near the rehab center that our aunt was in. I live across town so by the time I got home and opened my box I ended up with a dry burnt piece of chicken. I called to inform them of the problem to see if I could get a replacement meal another day and I offered to send them a photo because I did not want to have to go all the way back. I love the gizzards. That's all I ever order. And the chicken strips are delicious too. I definitely recommend Chicken Express.
This place is excellent. The food was hot. The best part for me was the HOT ROLLS. the customer service was excellent as well.
