Every time we consider giving this place another we we end up disappointed and sick. Not sure what they are doing here but beware of the aftermath. Sick for days eating this stuff.
Second time in a row I go and get COLD food. Then manager comes out all rude and tells me i will have to wait longer if I want HOT food… I understand frying chicken will take time but they should not act surprised when people complain if they are giving you food that was fried who knows how long ago… its fried chicken, of course I want it hot..
On 4/14 I went to chicken express and got the 3 piece. The chicken was old. The crust was hard and dry. For such a busy place you need to do better.
