Poor communication and bad business practices. We were actively working with a salesman to buy an excavator and were told it was being transferred to the Tupelo store for us to inspect Tuesday. We waited all day for an update that never came. After following up ourselves, we found out the mileage/hours information was inaccurate, and once we questioned it, they suddenly decided to sell the machine to someone else.
