Ordered flowers on a Friday for delivery on Saturday for a Sunday funeral. They never arrived!

Wonderful customer service. The roses were stunning and lasted so long.
The flowers were delivered on the date/time requested but what I ordered and what was delivered was off. My expectation was the picture with the pink vase and the other pic is the reality. I recommend communicating your expectations with them over the phone directly so there isn’t a similar mess up and because emails aren’t answered!
