We had a terrible experience with the company. There were multiple issues with every aspect of the pool. Now they are not ready to stand behind their work. I had issues with the spa heater and despite multiple calls in the last 3-4 months, nobody has come. This is despite it being in warranty. The valves of the floor system have popped off but there is no replacement or they did not even give us the instrument to put them back on. Would not recommend anybody getting their pool from this company.
