I ordered a Monterey chicken sandwich grilled with added tomato, lettuce and extra bacon and sat for over 35mins waiting as other people picked up their orders from the counter, the longer I sat I thought hey they ordered right before me in the dining area maybe I should ask if they are close to being done being several people have ordered and left by this time..They couldn't find my order and then after seeing i had paid they looked around and my food had been sat to the side and forgotten about. Best food and service.
I’ve had good experiences here but today was not one of them. The “chicken tender” was literally the size of my pinky finger. I would be embarrassed to serve my customers this garbage.
Made a call in order and was told it would 20 to 25 minutes waited a little longer when I got there to pick up my order paid at drive thru and was asked to pull around front waited another 10 minutes and then went inside to find out what was taking so long by this time and hour has passed and my drinks had watered down had to wait another 10 minutes and finally got my order so I thought it wasn't what I had ordered and so I waited another ten minutes to finally got my order.
