Wtheck! I’m at a chic fil an and honest to Goidness the chick fil a piece of chicken is a small and greasy (flat?) piece of chicken! The tomato’s aren’t ripe! This thing doesn’t even taste like a chic fil a !!!! I grew up in Hapeville and if TC had served THIS- Chic Fil A would t even be a memory today! Yuck. I’m not going today where am because wow…they’ve got people out the doors here they are so busy! Too bad these folks don’t know what a real chic fil a tastes like.
I had a horrible experience today at the one on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville Florida. I go in there a few times a month and will work on my laptop for a few hours and eat. I never bother anybody, I keep my headphones in while I work. Today the "Director" told me they did not want me hanging out in there. I told him I ate breakfast there and then I was working on an IT course on my laptop so I kept working and then I ate lunch so I ate twice there today and he said that didn't matter. Shoutout to your Wyomissing, PA location! Went through the drive-through on Friday May 29, 2026 at lunchtime. It was another great experience! Fast, friendly order-taking and paying. If memory serves, the gentlemen who took my order was named Austin, and the gentleman who took my payment was named Mark. They both were wearing glasses. Please forgive me if I got their names wrong. They smiled and were super pleasant throughout the entire experience! It is always MY PLEASURE to eat from there!
This was definitely my first lack luster, less than pleased CFA experience. My daughter and I stood in line to order. The cashier was pregnant. We each ordered an 8 or 12 count nugget meal (can't find my original receipt to verify). My daughter got fries for her side. I asked to be upgraded to the mac n cheese for my side. I paid for our meals. We stood there and waited for our food.
