Absolutely the most ridiculous practice they have ever put in place. Chick-fil-A used to have the best practice for getting people in and out quickly. They now have two lanes, one for mobile check-in and the other one for drive-thru. Right now I'm sitting on the drive-thru and the lane is out to the street and not moving. Arrived at the store in Carson Ca on September 4th around 10:30. Ordered 2 coffee's, breakfast burrito and a breakfast bowl. The bowl was a very small portion only half full and the coffee's were watered down. Maybe because breakfast was almost over we were served whatever was left which wasn't much. The prices don't change so why does the portions.
Chick filet you use to be the greatest fast food restaurant ever. You are failing your prices are to much and your chicken is just average. You have lowered the high quality and affordability that made you above the rest please change your future by going back in the time that made you the GREATEST
