As much as I love chick fil a it breaks my heart to report how terrible the service is with employees. Checks get sent to the wrong addresses when they have the address on file. They will not issue you a new check and will delay the process as much as possible. Company used to be one the best and unfortunately it’s a rapid decline. God bless
I was hired as a team member May 2025 (CFA Roseville,MI) and wanted more training so I could be a valuable employee. Around December 2025: I got together with Christopher Hayduk (FHO Director), and Matthew Carpenter (Admin). I wanted more training and was told to ask Michael Popp ( FOH manager) for further training. I was also told to be persistent about this. I have written notes to Michael Popp about the training.
