I was highly disappointed on a recent visit to Chick Fila in Houston Tx. I was eating lunch with my child and an employee asked if I needed anything. I simply sd no ma'am we're ok. She came bk around a few minutes later and asked what my native language was and told me my accent sounded like I was not from Tx. I DONT have an accent. She then asked if my parents or grandparents immigrated here, again the answer NO. Chick-fil-A in my area is not even worth going to anymore. I used to go at least twice a week and then some other people started working there and it went downhill. I rarely go anymore. I went for breakfast this morning for a hash brown scramble bowl with no meat and I could not believe the slop that I received. See pic of what got for 5 dollars. The wait was terrible and the worker just threw it on the counter. Never again.
Your customer service rep isn't allowed to say what your limit is on manual receipt options....why? There are times the app logs you out and you have to reset your password to log back in. When I'm in a line that's moving fast I don't have time to do that. Sometimes I didn't have my phone and made a quick run to chick fil a. So I go again last night, and today I tried to enter in my receipt info and got the message that I couldn't redeem the receipt because of a limit. That's DUMB!!!!!!!! Idk who run headquarters of austell ga location but they need to talk to manager bout her attitude cuz that not chick fil a policy I never had a problem out of any chick fil a everyone usually is polite
