Bad managment – I went to cfa yesterday with my daughter and my nuggets weren't cook that well, i talked to one of the team leaders and she was rude and seemed upset or bother when I told her my situation, then when she took her sweet time to give me my food she said thank you and didnt even look at me and she threw the food. I have always been fan of chick fil a and never had this problem until that day her name was Christine because of her I would defenetly wont go back there.
