This store is trash! Worst Chick-fil-A by far and I have been to them all and am a high reward earner. The manager with his arm in a sling was rude as all get out and his store never has mobile orders ready on time.
Love the food. Employees are courteous. Only problem is they consistently do not have coffee ready in the morning. I’ve gone there Multiple times to dine in and they make me wait ten plus minutes for coffee. How do you not have coffee ready at 830 in the morning? They also have limited staff before 9am…so you are waiting forever to get your food. At 9am they have more employees show up. Before that it’s a skeleton crew.
Ordered through the Chick-fil-A app (delivered via DoorDash) and received the wrong order. Not for the first time. The process to refund is painful !! This is frustrating, especially when ordering through the official app. I expect better accuracy and quality control. Hoping management looks into this and improves order verification for delivery orders.
Absolutely ridiculous attitude rude, cold food.will Not be returning to that place. Should've gone elsewhere to start.
Dining in is always fine but at lunch the drive through is a random assortment of employees in different configurations and I get chastised like an elementary school student for not following the order of operations.
