Always a pleasurable experience
I was refunded $3.19. I received $3.15, and was told that “we always round down”, aka “we are stealing”. It was never advertised as such and the staff proceeded to argue with me over my change. I offered to give them a penny so I would get the correct change I was owed and they refused. I already was iffy on chick fil a after recent experiences but I will avoid the chain as a whole after today.
