Idk what it is about THIS CFA, but the customer service needs to be worked on. I usually preorder for a pickup. I can see it’s ready on the app so I go in, there’s never a greeting and it takes about 2-3 mins to be acknowledged and asked for the name and another 2-3 for them to give me my food that’s been ready and sitting there since I arrived. I go to this one often because it’s close to home but thankfully another has opened close by
This location is so bad. I'm always missing stuff out of my order and have to wait 10 more minutes to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and just go to the zaxbys next door UPDATE: a year or so later and this location is STILL sucks. I'll walk in for a mobile order and the people behind the counter will look me right in the face and not say anything. Then, someone else walks in behind me and they will acknowledge them.
