I ordered a door dash delivery today Sep 4. It was supposed to be an 8 count crispy nugget, medium fry, and sweet tea. They gave me 6.5 nuggets, and the fries were partially frozen. This is not the first time this location has given me undercooked fries but this is the first time they were still partially frozen. This is a health and safety issue.
Worst location in Pensacola. I have never received overcooked tiny bits of fries (the ones that look like they come from the bottom of the fryer)like I received at this location not once but TWICE. I literally go to Chick-fil-A because I love that their french fries are always crispy, hot, and fresh but these were NOT. I even took my first order back inside to get fresher fries only for them to hand me a large carton of fries that looked exactly the same as the ones that I had just returned.
