RecommendedCustomer service is amazing as always but especially tonight when we were trying to pull in towing a horse trailer. We weren’t going to be able to make it through the drive-thru so a employee seen us about to leave and ran over to take our order then brought it out to the truck for us! Chick-fil-A exceeds expectations!

I always receive excellent service from Chick-Fil-A, especially from the team here at the 9 Mile Rd Location in Pensacola, but today they went above and beyond! First of all my food was handed to the car in front t of me. She then passed it back out her car window onto the tray. The worker then brought it to me after it had been in the car in front of me. I accepted it because I did not have time to get a new bag because I was on my way to work. I then get to work to finally eat my breakfast only to find that they gave me a spicy chicken biscuit instead of the one I ordered. Service at this location is going down hill. Dining room has been closed long enough. Not everyone can get drive thru. Just teaching people like me that we really don’t need to eat there
rude staff tonight , manager really rude trying to argue with a customer due to a car in front of us that was being really irratic
