I love waiting in a ridiculously long line, ordering my food, asking for my fries to be cooked to order, paying for my food, getting my food, & my fries were in fact not fresh, & then to be told we don't do that here by the manager. In fact he doubled down & said no Chick fil a cooks fries to order. 🤔 To which I replied they absolutely do, I was just at another Chick fil a & they had no problem with my request, so I said just give me a refund. Ordered the 12 piece grilled nuggets x 2. Definitely packed inside and so was the drive thru.
It's Chick fil a. Not knocking but it is fast food
I love Chick Fil A food, the mobile app works great and the staff here is always nice, but every time I order at this Hamilton location, they forget at least one item. One night they forgot so many items that we had to go to a second restaurant so that everyone had enough dinner.
