Went here to get my baby boy, a milkshake and was giving a cup that had a pierced in the bottom of the cup which destroyed my key fob and I had to come out of $300 to get it fixed. I let these people know at Chick-fil-A and after they did their own investigation, they made it seem like I lied about it. I will never have my business at this place again and I’ve been eating here over 15 years. Y’all are that great to replace our reimbursement $300 for a key fob. I had a bad experience...why person at drive thru repeat the order and when I go to pick up food and pay receipt say something else... my order was 2 simple meals why split i5 in single item s?? Why
Second time going to this location after putting in a mobile order. There’s no point in a mobile order when you still get in the same line as the people giving orders when they arrive. You still sit in 15-20min of traffic. I prefer Sugar land or Sienna/Missouri City locations that separate the mobile orders and/or do curbside pickup.
