Please teach your employee, “Ishita”, some basic customer service manners. We were waiting in line while she kept chatting with a customer (who seemed like a friend) until that customer’s order was ready, without taking orders from others. Eventually, another employee came from the back and took our order. This was unprofessional and disappointing.
