Ali was so nice best staff and so friendly
We had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A Yorkdale, largely because of the way our interaction with one of the female order takers was handled. We were simply trying to ask about the available salad options, but instead of answering our question, she was dismissive and walked away mid-question to serve the people behind us. Her attitude came across as extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and immature, and it left us feeling completely disregarded as customers.
