At location #04018 in Cicero, NY. Served by Kathleen, who was very pleasant. Outstanding customer service and very nice location overall. Very clean, tables were organized, live flowers on every table. Family-like environment.
My experience has been completely different at Chick-fil-A. Every time I’ve eaten there, the food has tasted fresh, hot, and made with care. The quality has always been amazing for me, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are always so kind and respectful too! In my opinion, Chick-fil-A is 100% better than McDonald’s. After my experience, I’d choose Chick-fil-A every single time! 🥰

Ive heard people boasting about the chicken it's basic I don't like the breading the waffle fries ok seemed old not fresh.
