They don’t pay attention to the drive thru on the other side, four cars have gone through taking an order on the other side. Go inside no one wants to take your order. Manager that was on duty took forever to come out from the back, no apologies.Terrible place when your time is limited and on break from work.
Super courteous staff. I went through drive- thru. Food was hot and delicious!
First off, the store is so cute and incredibly clean. Then you get to the customer service. I know Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but the ladies at this location took it to another level. They were kind, thoughtful, genuinely happy to help, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received service quite like that before, and I was truly impressed.
