It’s gone down hill since it changed owners. They automatically do not hand out receipts unless specifically asked for one. That screws ALL customers out of free sandwich surveys. I guess they don’t care about the community’s feedback anymore. Been multiple times since it changed hands that I’ve had to sit in the drive thru for 10-15+ minutes just to get my meal. Vance ran this place way better than the new manager.
Got totally skipped in line while waiting to place an order. Then had to wait at the window for over 20 minutes. Just not up to chick fil a standard!
