RecommendedThe drive-thru lines are long because the food is so darned good. I always take the time to go in and enjoy my lunch — this is the south so stop and set a while. The staff is courteous and caring. As a GM at another fast food chain, I’m jealous of the team Chick-Fil-A has put together. Ignore the e-h8ters — they’re probably competitors.
So disappointed to wait forever in line to find out when they were taking our order that they were out of fries and Mac and cheese. Trapped in the drive thru line and no sign . I will not be back to this location.
Seriously Apex....why are you all at Chick-fil-a at 8pm every night???? The drive through is backed up to the road and the walk-in line is out the door. Don’t you all need to be home putting your kids to bed?! Signed A nurse who just got off work after 12 hours and is starving but had to go home this way cause it would take hours to get food....and I’m afraid I’m gonna lose it waiting.
Since the remodel, this store has consistently gotten my drive thru order wrong the last four times. I am ordering standard kids meals and adult meals, nothing special. Also, asking me to move forward to red food delivery spot while other people's food is delivered behind me and they are honking and I am still waiting on my food does not reduce cycle time. I hope this store gets quality back in control. I love Chick fila and thus will avoid the Apex location for the foreseeable future.
Ordered via mobile app today around 1:30. Intentionally said I was there about 5 min before i showed up as I needed a quick turn around to get to my son’s soccer game. When I arrived, no one asked me for my name. I grabbed someone and they said it would be right up. Nothing after 5 minutes. Asked again. Nothing but sorry. Asked to cancel my order. No go cause I checked in. I said I am running late. Still slow. Finally got my food. No clue what happened. Not a great experience at all.

Long time Chick-fil-A fan here and a regular at the Apex location. Have to agree with others, it’s been a disaster since the remodel. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for close to a half hour on more than one occasion so I decided to try my luck inside. No better, and this wasn’t even during the prime lunch hours. I have no idea what they are thinking...the systems they have in place make 0 sense.
